Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative release.
